The Allspice Berries are extracted through steam distillation. The essential oils are emulsified and stabilized into a water soluble form. Newport Flavors' Allspice Flavor can be used in many recipes. This Allspice Flavor is heat stable up to 375 degrees and up to one hour. It works well in dairy applications such as ice cream, puddings, milkshakes, and protein shakes. Try this flavoring for pies and cakes as well as prepared meats like sausage and pork chops.
