Our Processing Policy ensures that all products have the longest possible shelf life. Orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific Time will be processed the next business day. Newport Flavors makes every effort to process and ship orders as soon as possible, excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to inventory shortages or increased order volume. Please keep in mind the additional transit time for your product to arrive once we ship it when estimating your order's arrival date. For all business accounts we require a two week processing time. The reason for a longer wait time on business accounts is due to the fact that the order processing for business accounts is a much more detailed process.

Orders for business accounts require ingredients to be taken out of cold storage, and waiting a day to be brought to room temperature, then they take another day to be heated and pasteurized, next they are taken prepared by our production team, finally most business orders require a truck service to be arranged as the orders are often too large for UPS.

Business accounts can be defined as any customer(s) who use our flavor services as ingredients for their products.

We are proud to offer international shipping for all Nature's Flavors orders.For our international shipping please allow the same processing time as mentioned above, but also allow extra transit time to account for distance, as well as products being checked at customs. Expedite Fee

For orders $100 or less the expedite fee is $35. For orders over $100, the standard expedite fee is 35% of order subtotal. Expedited orders will be shipped within two (2) business days of payment receipt.
