Perfect for your baking needs and beverage applications, the Organic Maple Flavor Concentrate is high heat stable, water based, and contains no sweeteners. We will give you a couple of ideas to help you use this Organic Maple Flavor Concentrate but the uses are endless. To Make your own Organic Maple Flavored syrup start with eight ounces of distilled or purified water in a sauce pan and heat on low heat. To this add a quarter cup of Organic Cane Sugar and two ounces of Organic Powdered Dextrose. You may substitute the Organic Dextrose with Organic Tapioca Syrup. Add this to your warm water and stir until completely dissolved. Bring the temperature up to 195 degrees F. Cool down and add one quarter teaspoon of Organic Maple Flavor Concentrate stir in completely. You can use immediately or store in the refrigerator until needed. to make a Sugar Free Maple Flavored Syrup start with 8 ounces of water in a sauce pan and on low eat. In a separate bowl combine 2 dry ounces of our SweetenFX Sugar Free Sweetener and Carrageenan gum than add to the warm water bring up the temperature slowly to 195 degrees F. Now you can add 1 quarter teaspoon of Organic Maple Flavor Concentrate and cool the mixture. Refrigerate unused syrup. Ingredients: Water, Organic Gum Acacia, Organic Flavors.
